The Waggin' Train Veterinary Clinic is a veterinary clinic in Scott that also runs a mobile unit: a 24-foot vehicle fitted out as a clinic, with a surgical suite, lab testing and a pharmacy on board. It visits homes on Wednesdays between 9am and 4:30pm, by appointment booked ahead through the clinic.
On the mobile unit the clinic does annual exams and vaccinations for dogs and cats, microchipping, blood, urine, fecal and heartworm tests, spay and neuter and mass removal under anesthesia, and euthanasia at home with aftercare. It also sees birds and some exotic pets.
A house call carries a travel fee set by distance, on top of the services provided.
