About Dog Gone Right, LLC
Dog Gone Right is a dog training facility on Highway 190 East in Hammond. It runs group manners classes of up to six dogs, a ten-day day-training program where the trainer works with the dog while the owner is at work, and two- and three-week board and train programs aimed at adolescent dogs.
Dogs in board and train spend weeknights and weekends in the trainers' home, not in kennels, and owners get report cards, photos and videos along the way. Day-training and board-and-train dogs also join the facility's doggie day care. The site describes its training as positive and force-free.
The facility also gives baths with a blow-dry and trims nails, by appointment. All training takes a deposit to reserve a place.
