The East Side Barking Lot
About The East Side Barking Lot
The East Side Barking Lot is a grooming and boarding shop on East Street in Houma, rebuilt after Hurricane Ida in 2021. Several groomers work there, and grooming is sold as three packages priced by the dog's size, from a bath and brush-out up to a full groom with a de-shedding and flea treatment.
Extras such as teeth brushing, nail filing, nail painting, de-shedding and flea treatments can be added to a package, and some are sold on their own. Cats are taken for baths and nail trims.
Dogs can also stay overnight in a kennel, with feeding on the owner's schedule, potty breaks and short walks. Booking is online or by phone, and booking ahead is recommended.
